TES began in 1979 servicing and rebuilding a broad range of equipment such as thin film evaporation and sputtering systems, leak detectors, plasma etchers, diffusion furnaces, photo lithography equipment and high-powered lasers. Over the years TES began focusing primarily on thin film evaporation and sputtering systems. We have had the opportunity to work on equipment manufactured by leaders in the vacuum industry such as Balzers, Applied Material, Ulvac, Varian and many others. We have incorporated what we have learned from those original equipment manufacturers into all of the tools we manufacture and upgrade today. We strive to simplify and consolidate the best engineering designs, avoiding using customized parts and components. We avoid using specialized parts and components whenever possible which allows our customers to order directly from the manufacturer, which saves time and money.
